Lee & Associates Riverside Hires Retail Expert Jay Nichols

RIVERSIDE, Calif. - June 5, 2014 - PRLog -- RIVERSIDE, Calif.—June 5, 2014 —Jay Nichols, a retail expert in the Inland Empire, has joined Lee & Associates Riverside as vice president and shareholder. Nichols specializes in leasing and tenant representation of shopping centers and has more than eight years of experience in the Inland Empire’s real estate markets.

A graduate of Point Loma Nazarene University, in San Diego, Nichols had worked as a media relations representative for the Republican National Committee in Washington D.C. and later was with the multi-family developer, CWS Capital Partners, in Austin, TX, where he spent three years as a project manager. He later returned to California in 2010 where he worked in the residential market and later with the Voit Real Estate Services retail team in Ontario.
