The theme of the engagement was Overcoming Obstacles in Your Journey to Success. Joy spoke on three key points in her speech. She first discussed being an entrepreneur will cost you time and sleep. It will also cost you money, which is an investment, but also family if they are not on board. The next point, was to commit to doing at least one thing a day to help get you closer to your journey. The final point was not being afraid of the word no because you are at the answer no before you even ask.
