Premier Sotheby’s International Realty establishes new charitable foundation

NAPLES, Fla. - June 4, 2014 - PRLog -- Luxury residential real estate brokerage firm Premier Sotheby’s International Realty (http://www.premiersothebysrealty.com/) is ‘giving back’ to communities along Florida’s Gulf Coast and in the Carolinas through a new charitable foundation aimed at enriching the lives of children and families.

“We’re proud to officially launch The Premier Community Foundation,” said Judy Green, President and CEO, Premier Sotheby’s International Realty. “It’s our way of saying ‘thank you’ and giving back to the communities that have supported us throughout the years as we continue to grow.”

The foundation invites community groups and tax-exempt entities to apply for various forms of support depending on their need. Company-elected Regional Advisory Committees consisting of Office Foundation Advisors and chaired by an advisory chairperson, will receive requests. The company’s board of directors will review requests on a quarterly basis and select the appropriate award grants, sponsorships, donations or other forms of support to give.

“The projects that The Premier Community Foundation selects for funding won’t always focus on raising money,” notes Green. “Some will focus on raising awareness around important causes.
