Carolina Music Awards Announces Event Host for 2014 Show

RALEIGH, N.C. - June 4, 2014 - PRLog -- Following his success hosting the GA Music Awards, the annual Carolina Music Awards organizers are thrilled to announce Christopher Martin the event host for this year’s awards.

“After Martin’s stunningly creative opening ceremony at the GA Music Awards,” states Omar McCallop, of Award Show Nation, “we knew we had to bring his talent to the Carolina Music Awards. We want to expose Chris to the amazing talent in the Carolinas due to his entertainment experience on a national level.”

Martin, a native Texan boasting the nickname Fashion Plate, is currently hosting ‘ATL Profile’ and his radio/tv odyssey ‘4 HOURS with THE FASHION PLATE’ on Sfmtv.com. With appearances on Tyler Perry's House of Payne on TBS, Devious Maids on Lifetime, an appearance on BET's Second Generation Wayans Project opposite Damien Wayans and as Ike in the Al Robbins Film “The Next Day”, Martin is certainly making his mark with personality and panache.
