Free Professional Agile Coaching Webinar Series presented by CC Pace and The Druckman Company

FAIRFAX, Va. - June 3, 2014 - PRLog -- CC Pace Systems, Inc. (CC Pace), a leading Agile IT services provider, announced today a partnership with The Druckman Company to offer the Professional Agile Coaching Webinar Series. This free webinar series, beginning June 6 is made up of three sessions and is designed as an informational tool for the Agile community to utilize.

In the first session of the series, Beyond the ScrumMaster Role: Becoming an Agile Coach, attendees will gain an understanding of the importance for developing internal agile coaches in order to advance their organization’s agile transition. This session will explain why it is necessary to think beyond the traditional Scrum roles and create internal agile coaches. The second session in the series is The Agile Job Market: What Job Seekers and Employers Need to Know. Often, organizations use their own particular “variation” of agile that feels decidedly ‘non-agile’ to experienced practitioners. This webinar will help agile job seekers and employers find the match they are looking for. In the third and final session of the series, Enterprise Agile Coaching: Guiding Organizations through the Agile Transformation, we will examine how organizations can build an Enterprise Agile Coaching strategy.
