MAITLAND, Fla. - June 5, 2014 - PRLog -- HRsoft, a leading Cloud-based human capital software company, released the latest version of its Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with new functionality aimed at helping employers achieve their talent acquisition goals.

The new release, HRsoft ATS Version 6.9, includes improved functionality for posting available positions to an employer’s internal career sites and external sources.   In addition, the software has been enhanced to give recruiters greater ability to manage documents and communication with candidates, such as easy-to-use mail merge capabilities with templates.   A new feature also gives recruiters the ability to identify candidates who are re-applying for positions.
