Project Child Support is an initiative of the Custodial Support Foundation and Bounty Alert to provide child support assistance services to custodial and noncustodial parents in an effort to reduce the over $100 Billion owed in unpaid child support.

Project Child Support's Collection Program (http://projectchildsupport.org/collection_program_fni.html) provides custodial parents with the most comprehensive child support collection services, when parents need assistance in their collection efforts for child support and spousal support arrears.  To assist custodial parents who are owed arrears in obtaining Child Support Enforcement Orders, First Nation Investigations now enables custodial parents to subscribe through their website to obtain the Custodial Support Foundation's Project Child Support initiative.  Parents who are owed arrears, can subscribe to Collection Program to obtain investigative, legal, collection and apprehension services through the Project Child Support initiative.

Custodial Parents who just need investigation services to obtain a Child Support Order, can subscribe to the Filling Investigation Program (http://projectchildsupport.org/filing_program_fni.html) to locate noncustodial parents and receive certifications to enable the Office of Child Support Enforcement to grant custodial parents Child Support Orders, once a noncustodial parent is notified and files to appear in court.  Noncustodial parents who owe child support can subscribe to the Amnesty Program (http://projectchildsupport.org/amnesty_program_fni.html) to receive services to discharge enforcement actions, which may include arrest warrants, driver license suspensions, passport revocation and tax levies.  The Amnesty Program also provides services to assist noncustodial parents in obtaining a modification of the child support obligation, if their circumstances have changed in accordance with their state requirements.

In addition to enabling parents to subscribe to the Project Child Support initiative, First Nation Investigations will begin developing and hosting child support workshops with Project Child Support.  Separate workshops will be established for custodial parents and noncustodial parents.
