Brickell condo project breaks ground

MIAMI - May 29, 2014 - PRLog -- Henry Pino’s Strategic Properties Group and ALTA Developers are the co-builders of the 12-story project at 1600 S.W. First Ave., which is just off Brickell Avenue. It’s scheduled to be completed in late 2015.

The pre-construction prices range from the low $300,000 to about $700,000. Units will be one, two and three bedrooms and will include both studios and two-story town homes.

Cervera Real Estate is the sales and marketing broker for Le Parc Condominios Para La Venta (http://www.leparcatbrickell.com/). Luis Revuelta, of Miami-based Revuelta International Architecture, designed the project, which will include a pool deck and rooftop lounge.

According to CraneSpotters.com, South Florida has 213 condo towers in some phase of planning, construction or recent completion.
