Patty Clisham accepted both the Spirit Award and the Bridge Builder award at the DUCTZ 2014 Annual Convention in Palm Desert, California. She was recognized with the Spirit Award for donations of services, time, and funds to organizations including Women in Business, the Air Conditioning Contractors of America local chapter, and sponsorships of community organizations. The Bridge Builder award singled out Clisham’s dedication to helping other DUCTZ franchise owners use best in class practices to help their businesses succeed.

"I am honored to receive these awards for the second time.  Helping others achieve their goals is a privilege; being rewarded for those efforts is priceless," Clisham said.

Clisham joined other convention participants in a service project to construct 34 bikes for children whose parents are currently serving overseas with the 1st Battalion 7th Marines 29 Palms.

"I have never been in a more rewarding team building exercise in my career.  Building those bikes as a team was fun. But presenting them to those families, including a little girl at the convention awards dinner, brought tears to our eyes.  Giving back to our military families who help keep us safe was heartwarming and humbling," Clisham said.
