Nikou Mohajerani: Effective Job Creator

Already, Nikou has grown her team to include a total of 42 individuals, and hopes to double that number in the next year to provide even more jobs to ambitious individuals.

Nikou went on to explain a story of one team member who first came to Vantage when he was one year sober and wanting to get his life back on track. Soon, he found himself right at home in The Vantage Co. office because of the support of Nikou and other team members. Nikou’s coaching and encouragement really helped him to thrive and grow professionally and personally. He continues to be sober and highly successful. “He is now running his own office and experiencing great success in his life. He went from nothing to six figures.”
