Connect DFW is particularly excited about the new growth they will see as a result of their launch of the company’s biggest new client of 2013-2014, Verizon. To hit the targets demanded of this client, they have promoted Philip to a position on the management team. Philip was instrumental in developing and kick-starting the program in September 2013, expanding it exceptionally well in a short period of time.
According to Rachel, “Because of Philip’s leadership, we have grown to one of the top 10 offices in the nation and we’re still climbing. Working with such an amazing brand has been an incredible experience.”
In addition to the direct management of the new campaign, Philip has been taking responsibility for human resources leadership, market planning, advertising strategy development, and the training of other members of the team.
The director went on to explain that the team has really stepped up to deliver home-run results for the client with assistance from Verizon in training. “The support and continued training that we have from our client helps us not only become experts in the industry but also helps us continue to deliver outstanding results with almost 1,000 new customers already delivered and growing.”
Connect DFW’s Director Announces Two Additional Promotions
In addition to Philip’s advancement to the management team, Rachel was enthusiastic about two individuals who have been extremely competent in their roles over the past quarter, and as a result have also received promotions. The first is Cary who is being promoted to the management team. Rachel explained Cary’s credentials for this new position, “He has been a rock solid part of our team for nearly a year. Cary is an extremely hard working, loyal and entertaining manager. We are excited for him to take on this newest challenge.”
Cary will be opening the firm’s second location for handling the Verizon account in Dallas this month. This has been one of the company’s fastest growing campaigns in history and Cary will now be quarterbacking this latest expansion.
Natalie will also be joining the management team as assistant director. Rachel said of Natalie: “She is our very own dynamo and has provided outstanding results in our sports and entertainment marketing division. She just recently qualified for this huge promotion.”
In her new role, Natalie will be instrumental in helping Connect DFW reach its goals to open up five more markets by the end of the year. “She is a hard working motivator of people and we are fortunate to have her. I personally look forward to everything she will accomplish.”
