Lunabrite Launches the New Neons: Night Glow Resins with Bright Daytime Colors

MOUNTAIN LAKES, N.J. - May 28, 2014 - PRLog -- Now, designers worldwide have more flexibility in their creations with Lunabrite’s latest developments in illuminating glow materials.  Lunabrite announces the introduction of a new line of glow resins that feature bright colors visible in daylight and offer an illuminating glow at night.

Lunabrite’s patented new product line features bold, vibrant daytime colors along with long lasting photoluminescent nightglows. Due to breakthroughs in technology, for the first time, a full range of brilliant daytime colors including Red and Orange glows is now available.

Up until now, photoluminescent materials were limited to neutral daytime hues or the natural daytime color of the resin itself. This posed a design challenge when working on projects where a unified look is desirable. With the New Neons, designers can seamlessly integrate glow into a wider array of product designs.

The new glow in the dark resin was created to inspire product designers to add more innovative glow elements into their designs. New Neons resins are offered in a luminous color palette with 10 distinct daytime colors and illuminating nightglow options. Resin is a highly versatile format that can be used to create custom glow materials using injection molding, extrusion and rotational molding processes.  New Neons glow resins are available in popular base materials such as ABS, Polypropylene, HDPE and TPE.
