He will be taking his campaigns into this new market to create full saturation during the next year. David has advanced to assistant manager position. Both roles are intended to give them the skills and training needed to excel at meeting client’s goals and create new, innovative campaigns. They will have opportunities to learn hiring best practices, administrative duties, and focus on networking and building relationships with new clients. This last responsibility is especially important, given E&S Marketing, Inc.’s plans to launch new campaigns.
George, the company director of operations, explained that both Mark and David have the work ethic and professionalism needed to excel in the new markets. When speaking about Mark, he said, “His top three strengths are that he is persistent, dedicated to improvement, and is a great team player. He will be partnering with sports teams to help generate a stronger campaign.”
In addition, Mark will lead four other team members to Florida to help establish a strong E&S Marketing, Inc. presence in that market. “He knows how to help other people achieve their professional development goals,” Mark said. “This ultimately creates growth within our organization.”
George was equally impressed with David’s advancement in the company. He said, “David’s top three strengths are his work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to keep the team going. He was promoted because he has quickly become a strong leader, and he knows how to educate and motivate other team members.”
David will be spearheading new campaigns and helping E&S Marketing, Inc. expand into new territories as well. Ultimately, however George said, “I would like to have him work with Fortune 500 companies to guarantee success.”
