For international operations, particularly in crisis regions, equipment must reach the respective locations as soon as possible by truck or plane. Often there are no airports, or only poorly-equipped ones available. The solution here is special equipment for loading and unloading the aircraft. This compensates for the temporary infrastructure and thus ensure smooth logistics.
Technical lifting equipment which transfers power via screws, racks or cables are just some of the core competencies of haacon hebetechnik gmbh. Lifting systems from the traditional company improve their level of performance differently from permanently installed infrastructures:
haacon’s mobile lifting systems are easy to use, user-friendly, stable and they deploy quickly in the field. This means a container can be lifted off a truck and loaded into a cargo plane within a few minutes (via the ramp or by level loading). The container will then be transported by vehicle at the site. haacon mobile lifting systems can guarantee high flexibility and independence and thus meet the high demands for mobility in crisis areas.
At Eurosatory 2014 (June 16 to 20) in the Paris Villepinte Exhibition Center, haacon hebetechnik gmbh will introduce their current product portfolio of technical lifting equipment at booth JH 652 in the German pavilion. The product range includes lifting equipment for containers, levellers, stands, stop devices, transport systems, aircraft loading systems and electric cable winches.

In addition, haacon offers services such as engineering and special construction as well as global services. This includes maintenance / repair, training, installation, assembly work, preparing risk assessments, safety assessments in accordance with national guidelines, and training services.
For many years different international branches of army corps have relied on haacon’s mobile lifting systems in the field of lifting and moving heavy loads. There are more than 5,000 systems around the world in the area of container handling (loading, trolley and aircraft loading systems) in operation. They have proven themselves with their high durability and low maintenance.
For example, some years ago haacon supplied several hundred sets of "MTM" 1350 F (Manutention Transport Mobile) for the French Air Force, a container transport unit with a single wheel trolley for loading aircraft specially developed for the French armed forces. In addition, it also supplied parking supports for the air-portable radar detection system "GM 400" (Ground Master GM 400 ThalesRaytheonSystems 3D air defence radar).
Last year haacon supplied the British company Marshall with three aircraft loading systems with electric motor engines for air monitoring units, which are located in Saudi Arabia and Turkey.
Currently, haacon is developing a loading system for radar equipment as part of the "NUROL" project for the Turkish armed forces.
India has ordered five prototypes of the 1889.20 (20 t) with automatic levelling 230 V for the "Medium Range Surface to Air Missile" project. These lifting devices are attached to a telecommunications container.
