Follow on Google News | Brazilian Earth Institute hosts the Brazilian World Cup 2014 PartyMusical and performing artists will take the stage for the Brazilian soccer team, the only team that has participated in every World Cup. This event will honor the Brazilian soccer players in an atmosphere of fun, games, music and culture, for both children and adults. This fun-filled afternoon will include lively Samba dance and Brazilian music. Capoeira, a Brazilian martial art which incorporates elements of dance, acrobatics and music, will be featured in live demonstrations by Professor Cabeção along with Katrine and Bill, who will perform samba and swing. For a fun great afternoon will mark the start of the 2014 World Cup games, with lots of Brazilian art, music, sports and food. This event is being presented by Brazilian Earth Institute (BREIN) to bring awareness of Brazilian culture in a fun-filled day. The host and sponsor of World Cup Games in Westchester County, Brazilian Copacabana Steakhouse, will serve feijoada, the popular black beans stew of Brazil. The Brazilian World Cup 2014 Party is Saturday, June 7, 2014 from 1 pm to 5 pm at the Brazilian Copacabana Steakhouse, 29 North Main Street, Port Chester, NY 10573.
