David spoke about phase two of the Philadelphia Comprehensive Plan, which includes the Riverwards Plan.  Attendees learned what the Plan is and how it affects their investments.

About David:  David is an AICP-certified City Planner at the Philadelphia City Planning Commission.  For ten years, he has worked with neighborhood and business associations to develop neighborhood plans, review zoning proposals, and educate residents about how to access their City government.  At the Planning Commission, David covers the Lower North Philadelphia and Riverwards planning districts.  His most recent projects have been the Lower North District Plan and Along the Avenue: An Economic Development Strategy for Germantown and Lehigh.  David also runs marathons and half-marathons for fun.
