Virnig Manufacturing Launches $2.5 Million Expansion

May 24, 2014 - PRLog -- Virnig Manufacturing, a manufacturer of skid steer loader attachments, is expanding its current facility in response to increased customer demand. The manufacturer sells a variety of skid steer loader attachments throughout the United States and Canada.

The company is now building an additional 28,000 square feet onto its 24,000-square-foot facility. “The construction market is growing at a fast pace so we feel we are on solid ground. We want to go after new business and we need the capacity to do so,” said Dean Virnig, President of Virnig Manufacturing. The company had previously added a fabrication facility in 2010 next to its main facility, which was built in 2001.

The expanded factory features an automated wash bay and powder-coat paint system as well as additional space for assembly of finished product and areas for staging loads to be shipped.

The company’s $2.5 million investment is expected to not only increase efficiency, but also create more jobs. “We will be looking to hire more people,” said Virnig.

Construction of the building has already begun and the expansion is expected to be completed November 1, 2014.

Altogether the expansion grants more space for all facets of the company and provides a springboard for the future growth of Virnig Manufacturing.
