“I’m incredibly excited to play our first-ever halftime show at the roller derby!” said Michael Ceccorulli, drummer for NSOM. Fellow band member Walker Barry added, “I cannot wait to play there!”
“We are so looking forward to having Nocturnal State of Mind join us for this bout,” said Charmers General Manager Dana Wolfe, “NSOM has a reputation for intensity that will almost certainly be a perfect fit for the Charmers’ brand of high-energy roller derby.”
The prospect of playing at halftime for the all-girl junior roller derby team seems to have definitely made an impression on Danielle Walker, NSOM’s lead vocalist. “Being a female vocalist in a rock band,” said Walker, “I feel honored to play a halftime show of a sport focused on empowering young girls!”
