Butterfly Proudly Sponsors the 2014 America's Team Championship

WILSON, N.C. - May 21, 2014 - PRLog -- Butterfly is proud to sponsor the 2014 America's Team Championship table tennis tournament scheduled this coming weekend, May 24^th and 25^th at the Forest City Tennis Center located at 7801 East State St. in Rockford, Illinois.

There is still time to enter this 4-Star USA Table Tennis sanctioned tournament. The extended entry deadline is today May 19^th or until 48 teams are officially registered. This $6,000 total prize money tournament is under the direction of Ed Hogshead and is also sponsored by Rockford Table Tennis Club.

The America's Team Championship features teams competing in five divisions using the old Swaythling Cup format playing best 5 out of 9 single matches. All division winners receive $100 off their entry for 2015 America's Team Championship.

Currently, the top rated team is “Team Collegiate” (6957) with members Patricio Pereyra (2290), Maria Castillo (2156), Gabriel Skolnick (2333) and Micaiah Skolnick (2334). Next up is “Fire Breathing Rubber Duckies” (6787) with team members Keith Pech (2280), Danny Dulkin (2278) and Seth Pech (2229).
