Calling All Sweet Lovers The 2nd Annual Sweet Escape NJ Confection & Dessert Tasting Expo Is Coming!

UNION, N.J. - June 9, 2014 - PRLog -- Calling all dessert lovers, bakers and anyone with an uncontrollable sweet tooth! This year’s 2nd Annual Sweet Escape NJ Confection & Dessert Tasting Expo is going to break even new boundaries when it comes to whipping up sugary creations for the masses. This year’s expo has fun activities for members of the whole family and more sweet samplings than you can shake a rolling pin at!

This year’s event will include a ‘Sweet Demonstration Stage’ sponsored by New Jersey Restaurant Equipment Corp., which is the tri-state area’s largest supplier of new and used restaurant equipment (www.njrecorp.com). On this stage, award winning bakers and sweet entrepreneurs will demonstrate some of their most popular sugary concoctions. A cake decorating demonstration by Blue Sheep Bake Shop (bluesheepbakeshop.myshopify.com) will showcase some of the newest design trends in cake decorating. Hipatia Lopez inventor of The Empanada Fork (EmpanadaFork.com) will demonstrate how it can also create delectable pastries.  Krystina A. Gianaris of  award winning  cake studio Cake & Co.
(www.CakeandCoNJ.com ) will skillfully demonstrate  the  technique of fondant ruffles.  Jennifer Welter of Shore Cake Supply (www.shorecakesupply.com) will demonstrate creating a sparkling tiara with gumpaste. And young entrepreneur Mr. Cory, of Mr. Cory’s Cookies (www.MrCoryscookies.com), will offer a young entrepreneurs presentation. Hands-on activities for the kid’s include a cupcake decorating class presented by Blue Sheep Bakeshop. And let’s not forget about the adults! 2 Chicks With Chocolate (www.2ChickswithChocolate.com) will be presenting a special gourmet chocolate workshop that is for adults only.
