Encasement makes the perfect entrance at Lidl’s latest Basingstoke store

May 19, 2014 - PRLog -- A bespoke, designed and manufactured Forma column casing from Encasement has been used by award winning grocery retailer Lidl, to create a feature entrance at its latest Basingstoke store on Reading Road.

The 4000mm high Forma column casing uses 1.5mm thick marine grade stainless steel for the lower 1200mm with the upper part manufactured from durable 2.0mm thick aluminium, which is finished with a light grey PPC coating to integrate with the store’s facade colour scheme.

Encasement’s Forma column casing was selected for this project for a number of reasons including the ability to resist weathering, as well as its durability, which enables it to withstand scuffs and damage from shopping trolleys in high traffic areas.
