The Charlie's app will allow customers to receive notifcations about specials and offers, share their experiences with others, be rewarded for their loyalty and view menus and order and pay for food right from their smartphone or tablet.
While a number of Toledo-area restaurants are now using mobile apps, Charlie's is one of the first locally-owned restaurant brands to publish a smartphone/tablet app.
Restaurant owners are increasingly using mobile apps to connect with customers because national statistics say that nearly 70% of customers will review a restaurant on a mobile device before deciding to eat there. Restaurants using mobile apps are rewarded by customers with increased repeat visits, and strong loyalty.
