Agent Blasts™ By OpenHouseOn.com LLC

CAMARILLO, Calif. - June 17, 2015 - PRLog -- As a free service to all agents, OpenHouseOn.com LLC now supports Open House Agent Blasts™.

Currently for agents in California, an agent blast is an email sent to local agents and possible buyers to notify them of an upcoming open house in their service area.  After adding a property on OpenHouseOn.com, agents can advertise a date and time for their on-site open house and then optionally schedule a date to send an open house agent blast.  Agent blasts are sent at 9 a.m. on the day selected by the agent.

Agents can send one agent blast per open house.  Sending an open house agent blast is a free service available to all agents based currently in California only. Please contact OpenHouseOn.com to send agent blasts in other states.  Agents can specify a city, state or up to three zip codes to select which agents an agent blast should be sent to.

An agent blast email looks similar to a property flyer and contains the address, price, photos, property attributes, agent contact information, and the date and time of the open house.  To view an example agent blast, please contact us so we can email you a previous agent blast.

OpenHouseOn.com meets the requirements as specified by the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003, which allows companies to send unsolicited commercial emails. Agents can unsubscribe usually in 10 seconds or less by clicking on an unsubscribe link. The subject line is relevant and accurate.  The email states it is an advertisement to visit an open house in the agent's area.  And, the email contains our physical address and phone number.
