“We have invested in a large scale, comprehensive wellness program to create many opportunities for our employees to practice healthy lifestyle behaviors, no matter what their personal health goals may be. Every organization needs to address rising healthcare costs. Instead of pushing these costs onto our employees, we’re asking them to be a little more accountable for their health and we’re providing a wide range of programs and support to help them do so,” stated Cassie Bruce, CWWS, CWPC, and Wellness Coordinator for Harden.
