The early bird menu offers six antipasti and eight entrées to choose from, making it easy to find an appetizing combination that’s sure to please even the most selective palate. Among the antipasti choices are the restaurant’s popular appetizers; Arancino, stuffed with asparagus, mozzarella and a spicy saffron tomato sauce, and Insalata Mista, a medley of spinach, arugula, frisee, julienne carrots, toasted pine nuts and a Tuscan dressing made with Hawaiian honey. Two main courses found exclusively on the early bird menu are the Truffle Cream Tagliatelle, a housemade pasta with mushrooms, asparagus and truffle cream sauce, and the Kauai Prawns, succulent prawns pan roasted with capers, white wine, cherry tomato broth and served with kale and polenta croutons.
The early bird dinner is served daily from 4:00 pm to 4:45 pm and cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.
