D3 Solutions Marketing Praises Two Exceptional Executives

PORTLAND, Ore. - May 15, 2014 - PRLog -- Cassie, D3 Solutions Marketing’s director of operations, is extremely proud of every individual on her team, praising them as highly effective marketing specialists who know intuitively how to deliver client initiatives. Two individuals in particular, Adam and Joe, have demonstrated extraordinary leadership and advancement in recent months thus receiving compliments and recognition from upper management.

D3 Solutions Marketing Highlights Team Member Adam

Born in Manhattan and raised all over the east coast, Adam attended four different high schools and three colleges throughout his formative years. Benefiting from his past skills, these experiences have helped Adam in his career at the firm by allowing him to network and communicate with new people easily and with great poise.

After determining that he wanted a more practical approach to learning, Adam became a stock broker on Wall Street, but soon decided a conventional path to professional success wasn’t for him. He got into his car and drove west where he experimented in several industries and started his education in architecture.

Eventually he found himself at D3 Solutions Marketing where he’d discovered his niche. Within the firm’s structured training program, Adam has been able to get the support and discipline he needs to create consistency in his life.

Adam went on to explain that the coaching he’s received at the company has helped him to develop a vision for what he’s doing and given him the energy to get it done. “I’ve never had a job where I woke up in the morning saying to myself, ‘Alright, let’s go!’ Now I have confidence in my abilities and am a completely different person than when I started.”

When talking about the experience of working with Cassie, Adam said, “She is awesome! I’ve never had someone that I’ve known face-to-face that has inspired me like she does.”

As Cassie explained Adam’s potential, “He is such a positive and quick learner, and has been with the company for a long time, showing amazing success. I’m very proud for how far he has come and I can’t wait to see where he goes within the industry.”

D3 Solutions Marketing Praises Team Member Joe

D3 Solutions Marketing’s leadership also wanted to acknowledge their teammate, Joe. Born in San Francisco and raised in the Bay area, Joe played baseball and football growing up, allowing him to develop a real appreciation for teamwork and leadership.

After working for a while in the restaurant industry, Joe left the Bay area not really knowing what he wanted to do with his life. He commented, “I was stuck in the same routine that had no opportunity for growth. Then I found this company and I met Cassie and I then realized that she was the person I wanted to follow. She has been able to help me achieve my goals in becoming who I want to be.”

Joe cut all ties, got outside his comfort zone, and jumped into D3 Solutions Marketing with both feet. “It was really hard to leave the people who I grew up around, but I wouldn’t give up this opportunity for the world. I do not regret moving away at all.”

Cassie had some encouraging words to say about Joe as well, “He has been taking on a bigger leadership role. It’s clear that Joe is a great team manager and I’m very happy with his success so far.”
