By popular demand, Dynamic Hot Yoga will be offering Early Morning yoga classes at the studio in Hove every Monday and Wednesday, starting at 6.30am until 7.30am with Ben Murphy.

Whether you prefer to wake up with the birds or enjoy a calming evening yoga class, Dynamic Hot Yoga is ideal to improve your fitness and body confidence - and now there are even more classes for you to choose from ...

Taking place in the Main Studio, Early Morning classes are available as part of a monthly membership, as drop-in classes or on a 10 class card.
