La Gringa Taqueria’s continues to take their menu to new heights by incorporating the blue corn tortilla, another great addition to their already fresh, healthy, and sustainable menu that is eco-friendly, Vegan friendly, and they can now add gluten free friendly to that list. Health studies show that the blue corn provides 20% more protein and is gluten free compared to the yellow corn, and naturally has a sweeter taste. It has also been suggested by Dr. Michael R. The blue corn tortillas are handmade at a local Taqueria and shipped in fresh daily.
