Conroe, TX -Hastings Book Store Welcomes Children's Book Writer, Rebecca Cobo

May 14, 2014 - PRLog -- Recipient of the prestigious Mom's Choice Award, Children's book author, Rebecca Cobo, will be at Hastings in Conroe to read and sign copies of her book, 'My Extraordinary Life by Thaddeus T.,' published by Tadpole Press... 4 Kids, an imprint of Smooth Sailing Press, LLC.

The event will take place on May 31st. and Cobo will be available from 11am through 2pm at Hastings, located at 306 W. Davis St., Conroe, TX 77304

The book is a fantastic tale of self-discovery, in which Thaddeus, the main character, will learn who he is through an adventuresome journey that begins with a preconceived notion of who he thinks, he should be. A story young children will delight in, time and time again.

A native from Oklahoma, Cobo is an avid performer, literature promoter and story teller, with multiple degrees from Oklahoma State University and Sam Houston State University. Cobo's writing was inspired by the nature all around her. She spends her time between writing, working in her Community Theatre, and now obtaining her Masters' degree in English.
