SaxBST to Host "Maximizing the Performance and Profitability of Your Business" Forum

May 14, 2014 - PRLog -- On Wednesday, May 21, SaxBST (http://saxbst.com/) will host a Financial Managers Forum on "Maximizing the Performance and Profitability of Your Business"  as part of its ongoing industry education series. SaxBST Partners Marc Blumenthal and Joseph Shannon will lead this interactive program, which explores the use of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Dashboards in managing business metrics to increase a company's profitability. Free and open to the public, the forum will take place from 8 to 10:30 a.m., at SaxBST's offices at 855 Valley Road in Clifton. The program qualifies for CPE credits.

During "Maximizing the Performance and Profitability of Your Business," industry veterans Blumenthal and Shannon will discuss a range of best practices for financial managers. Topics include what types of measurement data are essential for success, how to act on that data and how to organize monthly presentations of KPIs for maximum impact to stakeholders.
