Robotized Car Park with a unique Tray Management System

AL MADAM, UAE - May 14, 2014 - PRLog -- East & West Robotics recently upgraded the Robotized Car Park in the Robot Car Park Tower in Al Qasba with a unique Tray Management System, the TMS.

TMS allows the system to perform two retrieval operations without the need to return the first tray to original cell in order to bring another car.

This system operates by temporarily storing the used platform, which brought down the car of the previous customer in a special compartment below the exit station, while the current customer is taking his car, the robot will install back the first tray in to its proper location and proceeds with retrieving the car for the next customer immediately.

With this upgrade, the waiting time for any customer who needs his car is considerably reduced.

The upgrade is in keeping with our constant effort to ensure that the users of the car park are always kept happy.  Further upgrades are also under study to offer more comfort to the users.  The details of the upgrades will be announced as they are implemented.
