The certifications and designations earned include LeadingRE Sales Specialist (LSS), LeadingRE Service Expert (LSE), and LeadingRE Relocation Specialist (LRS).
LRS certification was awarded to three associates, three people received the LSS designation and one individual received both LSE and LSS certification.
The LSS and LSE certification and designation series requires the completion of 12 courses in the program. The LSS course aims to strengthen and polish foundational sales skills. The LSE program’s content focuses on areas having to do with the customer experience such as customer expectations, gratitude, communication, active listening, making a difference, and accountability, to name a few.
The LRS designation requires the completion of 11 courses and focuses on referral and relocation industry practices. Some of the LRS courses are relocation orientation, relocation management, corporate inventory listings and understanding the transferee.
Completion of these courses demonstrates an ongoing commitment to providing excellent and outstanding customer service, increasing sales performance, providing expertise relocation services and leadership excellence.
