Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro Welcomes New Executive Chef

BOSTON - May 13, 2014 - PRLog -- (Boston, MA) – (May 13^th, 2014) Chef Lucas Sousa, most recently the Executive Sous Chef of the award-winning Vidalia restaurant in Washington, D.C., has begun as the new Executive Chef at Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro in Boston, MA.

A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Sousa previously held Sous and Chef de Cuisine posts in D.C. within the Knightsbridge Restaurant Group's highly reviewed and award-winning restaurants Bibiana, 701 Restaurant and The Oval Room.
