Avolution to preview new ABACUS release at Gartner Enterprise Architecture Summits

May 12, 2014 - PRLog -- AVOLUTION, developer and supplier of software solutions for IT strategy, planning and enterprise modelling, will showcase the company’s forthcoming release of its flagship product, ABACUS®, at the Gartner Enterprise Architecture Summits 2014 in London (21^st – 22^nd May) and New Harbor, Maryland (4-5^th June).  Building on the success of the ABACUS 4 series, the forthcoming 4.3 release is expected to further strengthen Avolution’s position as a ‘leader’ amongst Enterprise Architecture tool vendors.

ABACUS 4.3 will introduce a broad range of new features and productivity enhancements, many influenced by the evolving needs of Avolution’s existing 1,000+ client community. Web publication options have received particular focus in this new release. In addition to new visualisation options in the company’s innovative, HTML5 ABACUS Intelligence On-Demand portal service, that now include interactive tree maps and multi-ring pie charts, new automation of the web publishing process and enhanced integration with MS SharePoint collectively broaden ABACUS’ options for providing a ‘visualisation layer’ on top of the product’s industry-proven analysis and simulation capabilities.

The full ABACUS product suite will be available for delegates to view at these two leading analyst events, with solutions demonstrating ABACUS’ functionality in Enterprise Architecture (EA); Enterprise Portfolio Management (EPM); IT Strategic Planning; Business Process Management (BPM); Requirements Management; Solution Architecture; IT Service Management (ITSM); Business Intelligence (BI); and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).

ABACUS 4.3 is available as a beta release now to ABACUS Beta Program members and will shortly be available for open download with a 30-day Trial license from the Avolution website (www.avolution.eu).
