According to PMWL Director David Pells, “For our tagging and searching model, we tried to identify important aspects of project management that we think most readers will be interested in.  For example, we’ve provided tags based on program and project characteristics, management responsibility and professional interest.”

“In addition,” Pells adds, “there are a lot of tags in the personal and organization development categories.  We have papers related to career development, certifications, leadership and other topics of interest to practicing project managers and professionals.  The library also contains a growing body of works related to organizational development and performance, including the hot topics of P/PM governance and maturity.”
