CADRExperts’ Margey Meyer and Mitch Frumkin to Speak at National HOA Conference

ORLANDO, Fla. - May 9, 2014 - PRLog -- CADRExperts (Community Association Dispute Resolution Experts) is proud to announce that its President and CEO, Margey Meyer, CMCA, PCAM and Partner Mitch Frumkin, PE, RS, CGP have been selected to present a program titled “Avoiding the Courthouse: How to Avoid Construction Defect and Other Disputes Without Litigation” at this year’s Community Associations Institute (CAI) conference in Orlando, Florida.

“We are delighted to have been selected by CAI among hundreds of entries to present on this important topic”, said Meyer. “Our session will dispel the mystery surrounding Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and demonstrate how to help developers and community association boards of directors save money, time, hassle and reputation using this less confrontational, more conciliatory approach.”

At the conference, Ms. Meyer will also teach a two-day class on Facilities Management, an advanced CAI Professional Manager Development Program course that Ms. Meyer revised in 2013 as a CAI volunteer.

Ms. Meyer owned her own community association management company for 21 years and was VP – Industry Education, Integration and Outreach for one of the largest community association management companies in the country. She is a certified mediator with the American Arbitration Association and the Houston Better Business Bureau. Ms. Meyer is a nationally-recognized educator, trainer, speaker, advocate and author in the field of leading, managing and developing community associations.

Mr. Frumkin is a Licensed Professional Engineer in eighteen states. He holds the Reserve Specialist designation from the Community Associations Institute (CAI), for which he served as President, and the Certified Green Professional designation from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). He is a certified arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association. Mr. Frumkin is also President of Kipcon Engineering, the leader in delivering innovative and cost effective solutions for all types of engineering problems.
