Expert Leading PAW Toronto Session: Staying Ahead of Customer Issues with Predictive Analytics

PRLog - May 9, 2014 - SAN FRANCISCO -- What: Based on continuing widespread adoption of social media, and the introduction of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s (CFPB) consumer complaint database, financial institutions are now swimming in customer feedback data. Even with Big Data tools, the most valuable pieces of information can easily be lost amongst the noise without a well-developed data analysis strategy. However, even after the information has been identified, many institutions aren't sure how to leverage their findings to benefit both their customers and their overall business.

Who: As part of this year’s Predictive Analytics World Toronto event, Steven Ramirez, CEO of Beyond the Arc, will lead the session, “Data, Data Everywhere: Leveraging Predictive Analytics to Unlock Consumer Concerns and Eliminate Dissatisfaction.” Based on his recurring in-depth analyses of the CFPB’s consumer complaint database, Ramirez will provide attendees with key guidance and insights, such as:

- Successfully tracking and managing data for customer insights;

- Best practices for analyzing various channels to identify valuable data; and

- Leveraging Big Data predictive analytics to stay ahead of emerging issues and prioritize responses.

Where: Predictive Analytics World focuses on providing attendees with concrete examples of deployed data science and the resulting business impact it delivers. Featuring more than 20 sessions, case studies and panels, PAW Toronto highlights today’s hot topics and advanced applications, such as risk analytics, data modeling, the use of analytics to optimize customer spend and improve satisfaction and many other innovative methods that benefit organizations in new and creative ways.
