Rightsize Facility Performance Expands its Business Development Team

CHICAGO - May 9, 2014 - PRLog -- As part of its strategic growth plan in 2014, Rightsize Facility Performance has named Jim Wilson Director of Business Development and Lynn Patterson Business Development Manager, announced President and Founder Mason Awtry.

Together, Wilson and Patterson have been charged with implementing a cohesive strategy that identifies strategic industry relationships and builds customer opportunities in order to increase Rightsize Facility Performance’s market position.

“We enter our tenth year of business with renewed energy and momentum,” said Awtry. “Our plan is to expand our regional footprint and hiring talented professionals like Jim and Lynn is the first step toward achieving this goal.”

Wilson brings a wealth of industry experience to the position having most recently served as Vice President of Real Estate Services at IMG Technologies. There he was responsible for originating contracts for more than 30.0 million square feet of properties for technology related services. Before that he was Business Development Manager with Kastle Systems. Wilson is a graduate of Northern Illinois University and an active member of BOMA Chicago and the Chicago Real Estate Network (CREN).

Patterson, a twenty-year business development veteran, previously served as a senior sales specialist at office plant and landscaping specialists Ambius, where in 2009 she was named to the President’s Club for being the number one salesperson. Her no fear attitude and love of cold calling has kept her in the top 5% of every sales team she has ever been a part of. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Southern Illinois University.
