BridgeWays announces intent to acquire Nubigenus

NEW HAVEN, Conn. - May 9, 2014 - PRLog -- BridgeWays, a leading provider of monitoring, management and reporting solutions for System Center, announced today its intent to acquire exclusive rights of the Nubigenus Ltd. software assets and intellectual property (IP).

Licensing the Nubigenus IP, on a worldwide basis, is a key step in that direction and positions us to serve the needs of the SMB customers as well as the large enterprises.”

Nubigenus is a UK-based privately-held company that provides web-based access to System Center monitoring capabilities via a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)/Cloud model.

Microsoft’s System Center is an IT management solution that unifies management across on-premise, hybrid and off-premise environments. As an example, a toolset within System Center, System Center Operations Manager, allows IT administrators to manage and monitor their network systems and applications through a single, “pane-of-glass” console. It’s a holistic and proactive monitoring solution.

The agreement is expected to close within the next 30 to 60 days.
