CHECHIL BITES: Grab N' Go Cheese Snack on Kickstarter

NEW YORK - May 8, 2014 - PRLog -- There is a new and exciting food project on Kickstarter called Chechil Bites that is changing the way you enjoy snacks.

Cheese Bites are lightly smoked, bite-sized pieces of Artisan cheese that are great with just about anything. Cheese Bites were designed to be as a convenient Grab N' Go Snack, but the possibilities are endless. You can throw them in soups and salads, pair them with your beer and wine, or have them at your next gathering.

They have a chewy texture and a pinch of salt. They only use 100% all natural ingredients with no preservatives.

The shelf life of Cheese Bites are 3 months. The snack should be refrigerated before and after opening for ultimate freshness. It will come in an 8 oz package which is 98 bites on average!

The plan is to start mass producing Cheese Bites and make them available in supermarkets across the nation.

In order for them to achieve their goal, they need to cover the first production run, extra equipment and custom tooling, and development of packaging to preserve freshness.
