2014 South Orange County Job Fair

ORANGE COUNTY, Calif. - May 6, 2014 - PRLog -- SANTA ANA, CA – On Thursday, May 15, 2014 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., the Orange County Workforce Investment Board (OCWIB) will be hosting the South Orange County Job Fair open to the public.  The job fair will take place at the Norman P. Murray Community and Senior Center, 24932 Veterans Way, Mission Viejo, CA 92692.  Employers and job seekers are invited to participate in this free event. This event is supported by the Orange County Board of Supervisors and the City of Mission Viejo.

Employers such as Advantage Sales & Marketing, UNIQLO, Applied Medical, Launchpad, Schools First Credit Union, Tender Greens, Wells Fargo, Canon, Cintas, and Thales Avionics, just to name a few, will be present to recruit, accept resumes and possibly conduct interviews. Job seekers can also take advantage of free resume critique services at the event, and access free employment resources. In addition, all four Orange County One-Stop Centers will be conducting Job Fair Readiness Workshops in preparation for the event from May 7th to May 14th. This year, veterans and WIA-enrolled candidates will have VIP exclusive access to gain early entry before the general public. This VIP hour is from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., followed by general public admittance at 10:00 a.m. Check-in will begin at 8:00 a.m. for VIP hour.
