Former Company Execs Launch New Fed Services Firm

PRLog - May 6, 2014 - Former big company executives launch new consulting firm to offer superior services to Federal and Commercial clients and bolster job opportunities in socioeconomic regions.

Jason Gropper, CEO and Jim Lacey, COO, co-founders of FEDNOVA, Inc. are announcing the launch of a new services based firm to help the Federal Government and it's suppliers protect against cyber attack, maintain resilient IT infrastructure, and improve program management practice.

At launch, FEDNOVA brings a management team that is no stranger to the Government Sector with over 15 yrs experience each, "Among our service offerings, FEDNOVA's goal is to make the Cyber Analyst work more "proactive" versus "reactive." We provide tools, training, and exercises to put them on the cutting edge of cyber risk reduction", says Mr. Gropper.

"I am overwhelmed by the anticipation and the support we have gotten from friends and colleagues in the industry and am extremely hopeful and optimistic about the future of FEDNOVA. Word has rapidly spread; we are getting requests almost daily for an open position and we think it's because people see our passion and want to work for the company. Our belief is that employees work harder when they share commonalities and have passion for what they do and a company that stands behind them", says Mr. Lacey.

FEDNOVA plans to continue its efforts with its research and development and outreach in the education and cyber communities.
