Follow on Google News | Northridge Village Hires Director of MarketingKeathen Winter, a graduate of Iowa State University, is named Director of Marketing for Northridge Village, a new Continuing Care Retirement Community in Ames, Iowa.
Growing up in Gilbert, IA, Keathen attended Iowa State University, graduating in 2000 with a degree in Marketing. Keathen has since spent eleven of the last fourteen years working in sales and marketing in the healthcare industry. Keathen enjoys spending time with her family and coaching her daughter’s soccer team. The family loves traveling and attending Iowa State University sporting events. “We are all very excited to have Keathen representing this new property,” said Scott Gulledge of Pivotal Health Care. “She has years of experience and a genuine love for serving seniors. We are excited to have her on our team.” Northridge Village will offer 39 Independent Living apartments, including expansive one- and two-bedroom apartment residences with one to two large bathrooms and spacious closets. All Independent Living includes a fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and walk-in closets with optional garages. Residents who are generally able to live independently, but benefit from help for certain activities of daily living, may find the Assisted Living residences at Northridge Village to be the perfect housing choice. The community also offers health care for those in need of post-surgical treatment, rehabilitation, or long-term nursing care up to 24-hours-a-day and provides professional on-site physical, occupational, and speech therapies to meet the individual needs of residents. Restaurant-style dining will be made available to all residents, who will also enjoy other community amenities including a bistro and coffee bar, wellness center, outdoor patios, walking paths, crafts and hobby room, chapel, theatre, library, banking center, and more. Resident-centered activity programs, housekeeping, transportation, and concierge services will also be available. No-obligation deposits are now being accepted for residents.
