The award is a result of a survey in which respondents rated agents on their service, communication, marketing, integrity, and more. Only seven percent of San Diego’s 12,000 real estate agents were selected as award winners.

As three time-winners of the award, which will be presented in the magazine’s March issue, the Devores are known for their focus on providing their clients with honest advice and valuable guidance about a variety of topics pertaining to real estate. Serving their buyers and sellers from the brokerage’s Carlsbad office, they have been the top ranked agents in their home neighborhood of Rancho Carrillo on numerous occasions.

Real estate had been a hobby for the Devores for many years before they decided to formally enter the industry in 2003. Since that time they have consistently been honored for their sales production—a fact they credit to their commitment to provide their clients with personalized and thorough representation.
