Invendica Enhances Forensic Data Collection Services with eCloudCollect

Invendica partners with Cumulus Data to deliver ESI collection services of web-based and remote data sources.

May 5, 2014 - PRLog -- Invendica, Inc, a legal software and litigation support company, announces that it recently partnered with Cumulus Data, Inc., a cloud based e-discovery software company, to deliver defensible ESI collections with eCloudCollect.

eCloudCollect is a SaaS platform that performs secure and defensible data collections in a forensically sound manner without business interruption. It collects ESI from all webmail, Exchange, IMAP, POP3 accounts, remote desktops, networks and the Amazon cloud (AWS), as well as preserves collections either in the cloud or to an encrypted physical device, eliminating size and bandwidth constraints. The introduction of cloud-based and remote data collection services on demand will significantly enhance Invendica’s access to multiple sources of client data and enable them to release data for review more quickly than traditional collection methods.

“Simple and effective solutions are our main goal, and we believe that eCloudCollect helps us achieve that in remote collections in the e-discovery process,” said Eddy Borysewicz, founder of Invendica, a San Diego based online document management company, specializing in creating custom solutions for law firms since 2006.

eCloudCollect allows Invendica to remotely view the custodian’s computer, network and cloud storage from a web browser, eliminating the need for on-site travel and allowing their clients to make informed decisions based on possible size, bandwidth and time constraints and get their data faster with the peace of mind that their collections are forensically sound and defensible.

“Cumulus Data is thrilled to have Invendica as a partner,” said Sarah Thompson (nee Sims), Vice President of Product Management. “Together, we will be able to provide customers a competitive edge that will allow them to harness today’s cutting edge technology to help them win at a price that is both predictable and truly disruptive.”

To celebrate the newly formed alliance, Invendica is currently running a limited-time promotion offering free eCloudCollect collections to their clients when combined with other Invendica e-discovery services.
