Life Coach Mir Lynne Pietrzyk Announces New Empty Nester’s Support Group

FORT MYERS, Fla. - May 5, 2014 - PRLog -- About this time every year parents of high school seniors start to feel the effects of empty nest syndrome as their child or children prepare to leave the home and go off to college or get married.

The effects of empty nest syndrome are very real and often include feelings of depression, sadness, and grief. Now, Southwest Florida Life Coach Mir Lynne Pietrzyk is offering guidance and support for parents facing this situation through the new Empty Nesters Support Group.

Pietrzyk is the parent of three children – one still living at home, one going to college in the fall, and one starting a family of her own.

“Learning to adjust to the new role of being a Mom of adult children has been something I have carefully watched,” Pietrzyk said. “I have used my coaching techniques to guide my family through this changing time, and I have seen amazing results,” Pietrzyk said.

The goal of the Empty Nesters Support Group is to provide a safe environment for parents to share their feelings and receive support, ideas and guidance.

The Empty Nesters Support Group will meet the 2^nd Tuesday of every month from 6-7 p.m. at 8359 Beacon Boulevard, Suite 403 in Fort Myers. The cost is $5.00.
