PRLog - May 5, 2014 - RAJKOT, India -- Jay Khodiyar Briquetting Machine Company has initiated the ‘Go Green’ project to fulfill the energy requirement in rural areas of India.  It believes that since the country is primarily agricultural in nature so there has been increasing need of energy in Indian villages. The company understands that energy is necessary for living and inefficiency of it brings in economy stagnation by powering its optimum productivity.

JK Machine tools has been converting the agro wastes into renewable source of energy since 1994. It believes in the motto that India can only prosper once it goes green and adopts renewable source of fuel. Nowadays, energy sufficiency or its security is the most talked about topic as there is no denying that steady flow of energy is the foundation for overall development. Therefore, one needs to draw a line between energy security of urban and rural areas. Energy scrutiny is perhaps most important in rural areas because they are marginalized, vulnerable and lack access to basic amenities of life. This time Jay Khodiyar has come up with briquetting technology that enables to produce renewable source of energy. It has been understood that fuel is the major need of every industry and the prime concern is to keep our environment clean. Every year tons of agricultural wastes are generated in rural areas which are either dumped or burnt inefficiently. The biomass fuel comes from things which had life once like wood products, crop residues, aquatic plants, garbage and dried vegetation.

The company manufactures briquetting machines that recycle wastes to turn into fuel blocks which provide renewable source of energy. This renewable fuel is beneficial for the environment as it helps to save the natural resources. Recycling also helps to prevent global warming and many do not know that it has diverse affect on our global climate.

According to the spokesperson of the company, wood is a biomass which is renewable in nature and as long as we continue to plant trees to replace those being cut, people will always have wood to burn. Just like fossil fuel the source of energy in biomass energy comes from sun. It is a widely accepted source of energy probably due to low cost and being indigenous in nature.

The experts of Jay Khodiyar say that starting renewable energy project is best for agricultural countries like Sri Lanka, India, Pakistan and African countries where there is huge availability of agricultural wastes and its demand is increasing in industrial countries. It is one of the best projects to generate bio-energy from biomass wastes which helps to produce green energy. Some of its best briquetting machines are Super 65, Supreme 75, Jumbo BRQ 9075 and Turbo Dryer. These machines convert the raw materials into fine grains and finally which is processed into biomass briquettes. The difference is only in their make and capacity but the final product is the same.
