Art in Bloom arrives in New York by European Influences with a touch of Brazil Tropicalia

NEW YORK - May 3, 2014 - PRLog -- New York City (April, 28th)- The Lotus Blossom Atelier and Adriane Ayma Art + Interior Design are pleased to present Art in Bloom, an exhibition that was born in Europe and largely explored in countries like Holland, France and German, where artists and floral designers explore fresh cut floral designs intertwined with art pieces. Since April 21st, on view until May 18th, in the heart of Hell’s Kitchen, the exhibition will be on display inside the lobby of The OUT NYC hotel, recently named one of Fodor’s top 11 trendiest Hotel’s in the world, which recently recived Lady Gaga GUY exhibition.

An oasis in the middle of the concrete jungle will be open for the public during these four weeks. Art in Bloom will float towards the intersection of everything that is beautiful, natural and glamorous. With a touch of organic uniqueness that is characteristic of the work of the Brazilian artists on display, the combination of frames and flowers will create a unique art experience.

The artists present a series of artworks that trace a specific color trend. In the spirit of spring, the color theme will change each week.

For week one, the deep and rich purples and pinks were displayed. The second week is yellow and orange, with a touch of Brazil Tropical. With their limitless imagination, for the third week the artists have chosen blacks and Burgundies. Last but not least, all white is the color theme for the final week. The public will be greeted by visually captivating, arresting flowers and art frame works.

The OUT NYC lobby is open 24 hours per day and admission is free. The Art in Bloom is generously supporting Brazil Child Health

(BCH). During the event, 50% of the amount collected from the sale of paintings and flower ornaments will be donated to the organization.

Marcela is a visionary floral designer educated at the New York Botanical Gardens and is the founder and creative mind behind The Lotus Blossom Atelier in New York, a boutique Floral Design Company focused on social events, corporate events and weddings.

About Adriane Ayma Art + Interior Design

Adriane is a talented artist and interior designer with a Master of Fine Arts at the Parsons New School for Design in New York.

Adriane has been working with art for more than 10 years and brings a unique and bold expression to all of her creations that

conquest collector worldwide. Her ability to work with colors and textures gives life and meaning to abstract paintings. Adriane’s

work is appreciated and is displayed on the walls of her clients, including art collectors who own paintings such as the Brazilian VikMuniz, Jean-Michel Basquiat.

About Brazil Child Health

Established in New York City in 2000, Brazil Child Health (BCH) helps promote and fundraise for Associação Saúde Criança (ASC) in Brazil. The mission of the organization is to provide assistance to children and families who live below the poverty line from Hospitalda Lagoa, in Rio de Janeiro. The objective is promote self-sufficiency and breaking the admission/readmission cycle. ASC’s vision
