Ashton Woods Homes Recognized with Five Awards at 28th Annual MAME Showcase

RALEIGH, N.C. - May 2, 2014 - PRLog -- The North Carolina division of award-winning national private home builder, Ashton Woods Homes, is proud to announce they won five prestigious awards at the annual Major Achievements in Marketing Excellence (MAME) Awards given by the Wake County Home Builders Triangle Sales and Marketing Council. The awards, which included categories for advertising, merchandising and product design, were presented to Ashton Woods at the 28th annual MAME Awards Gala at the Raleigh Convention Center.

• Best Product Design for a Detached Home With a Sales Price of $1,000,001+ – Ramblewood, Raleigh

• Best Selection/Design Center – The Studio

• Best Model Merchandising for a Detached Homes with a Price of $1,000,001+ – Ramblewood, Raleigh

• Best Outdoor Living Space – Production Builder Home—Greys Landing, Raleigh

The 2014 MAME awards are based on marketing efforts completed throughout 2013. The awards are presented annually by the Triangle Sales and Marketing Council in recognition of Major Achievements in Marketing Excellence by builders and developers with communities in Durham and Wake Counties. Formed in 1993 by both the Home Builders Associations of Raleigh-Wake County and Durham and Orange Counties, the Sales and Marketing Council strives to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas between professionals working in the field of marketing new homes.

Since entering the North Carolina market in 2010, Ashton Woods Raleigh has expanded exponentially throughout the Triangle area with 16 neighborhoods located in Raleigh, Cary, Durham, Hillsborough and Apex.
