PRLog - May 9, 2014 - HYDERABAD, India -- Petite, an ambient game developed by Asar Dhandala and Prithvi Raj Pawar of Backstage Pass Institute of Gaming and Technology, under the Seven Summits Studio banner has won the Gold Trophy at the India Finals of the Microsoft Imagine Cup! Petite is centered exclusively around the life of a woman beginning from infancy to adulthood. Players lead the protagonist of the game through her life, following her memories based on the emotions associated with them. Petite is set for release on Windows 8 in June, followed by iOS and Android.
Petite was first created at the Microsoft Dev Camp, an event for developers to work within a 12 hour time limit where it won the best game award. It also received an honorable mention in the UX challenge of Imagine Cup 2014, and is also on the short list of games at the Casual Connect Asia in Singapore. Asar Dhandala is the lead artist, designer and programmer for Petite. The score for the game was created by Prithvi Raj Pawar and, the in-game story was created and developed by Vishesh Chopra.The two members of Seven Summits Studio Asar and Prithvi were mentored by Nawaz Dhandala and Shailesh Prabhu.
